Common questions

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Output Arena uses platform keys for all tiers. You sign up, pick a model, and build. No Anthropic or OpenAI account needed. Team and Research tiers can optionally use their own enterprise keys for negotiated rates.

What counts as a "build"?

One build = one complete site generation (design system + 6 pages). If a build fails, your credits are refunded automatically.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes. Credit top-ups are available at £10 for 20 credits on any plan.

What happens to unused credits?

Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over.
